(0438.HK)is a holding subsidiary of IRICO Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.is pleased to announce that the company and Jinko Solar entered in to a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on the supply and procurement of photovoltaic glass products and service.
According to the agreement, Jinko Solar agreed to purchase products from IRICO Group New Energy with priority under the same conditions for its own product needs, and IRICO Group New Energy will give priority to supplying products to Jinko Solar. The specific procurement and supply are based on the procurement framework agreement and purchase order signed by both parties. The agreement shall prevail.
And the estimated total contract value is about RMB 3.6 billion (tax included), and it is valid until October 2024.
