PVTIME – On April 26, Beijing Jingneng Power Co.,Ltd.(600578.SH), a Chinese company mainly engages in generation and distribution of electric power, released an announcement on its first quarter results. The revenue in Q1 2022 was 7.834 billion yuan, the net profit was approximately 293 million yuan, and the basic earnings per share was 0.04 yuan.
Meanwhile, Beijing Jingneng Power reported that, as of March 31, 2022, the number of shareholders of the company was 67,300, a decrease of 5,912 or 8.07% from the previous period (December 31, 2021).
What is more, Beijing Jingneng Power intends to invest in three solar power generation projects through its subsidiaries recently, with a total investment of 1.676 billion yuan. A 150MW centralized solar power generation project with an investment of 640.96 million yuan will be constructed by Ningdong New Energy, its wholly-owned subsidiary. Another 100MW photovoltaic power generation project in Changzi County is in the plan, with an estimated investment of 536.43 million yuan. One more 100 MW photovoltaic power generation project will be implemented by Jinghai Power, its holding subsidiary, with an investment of 502.03 million yuan.
