PVTIME – On December 8, a Signing Ceremony was hold in Beijing, China, and a Framework Agreement for New Energy Industry Project was signed by Three Gorges Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 4 CO., Ltd. and Jilin Panshi Government.
The total investment of the project is 17.95 billion yuan, and the total installed capacity will be 3,169,600 KW, including 3 hydro power stations with a total installed capacity of 9,600 KW, 3 water surface photovoltaic power stations with a total installed capacity of 60,000 KW, and a total installed capacity of 600,000 KW pumped storage power station, 1.5 million KW mountain photovoltaic, 1 million KW wind power and clean heating projects.
The project is scheduled to start construction in 2022, the Heishiwan Hydro-power Station will be completed in 2023, and the remaining projects will be fully installed by 2030. After being put into operation, 6.24 billion kilowatt-hours of green electricity can be generated annually, which will greatly improve the ecological environment. This project will play an important role in energy consumption substitution and achieve the “dual carbon” goal, and drive the high-quality development of the county economy.
