1.5 Billion-1.65 Billion Yuan! CECEP Expects an Increase in Revenue

PVTIME – CECEP Solar Energy Co. (CECEP, 000591.SZ), a holding company of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, announced on 12 January that it expects 2023 revenue to be 1.5 billion yuan to 1.65 billion yuan, up 8.18% -19.00% year on year. And a net profit after non-recurring gains and losses of 1.41 billion yuan to 1.56 billion yuan, an increase of 8.97% – 20.56% year on year.

Explaining the reasons for the increase in performance, CECEP said that the total power generation in 2023 increased compared to that in 2022, mainly due to the increase in the installed capacity of power plants during the period. Meanwhile, its financial expenses fell as a result of the reduction in the interest rate of the loan portfolio and other ways through the issuance of low-cost green corporate bonds.
