PVTIME – On June 18, GoodWe Technologies Co., Ltd. (688390.SH), a world-leading PV inverter and energy storage systems manufacturer, announced that it intends to issue shares to specific objects with a total amount of funds not exceeding CNY 2,539,800,000. After deducting the issuance fee, the funds will be used for inverter and battery projects.
These projects are expected to greatly increase the production capacity of the company’s inverter and battery for energy storage to meed the demands of downstream customers. The company would like to enlarge its overall business scale with a higher level requirement for the management of the company.
