PVTIME – On 11 May 2023, TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (002129.SZ), a leading manufacturer and distributor of discrete semiconductor devices, released its latest product prices for the month of May 2023, with prices falling again across the board.
Compared with the price on 5 May, the price of silicon wafers with different specifications has decreased by 0.82-1.30 yuan/piece (14.36-15.83%).
The latest prices of the company’s P-type 218.2, 210 and 182 wafers are 6.91, 6.40 and 5.00 yuan/piece respectively, down by 1.30 (15.83%), 1.20 (15.79%) and 0.84 (14.38%) respectively.
And its n-type 130μm wafers are 6.52 yuan/piece for 210 and 5.09 yuan/piece for 182, decreased by 1.22 (15.76%) and 0.86 (14.45%) respectively, compared with that released in 5 May. Meanwhile, the n-type 110μm wafers are 6.26 yuan/piece for 210 and 4.89 yuan/piece for 182, down by 1.17 (15.75%) and 0.82 (14.36%) respectively.
