PVTIME – Recently, an article titled “Drawing Strength from a Century of Party History to Do a Good Job in Development and Reform” published in the first issue of China’s “Party Construction” magazine in 2022. The author, Director HE Lifeng, the Party Secretary of National Development and Reform Commission of China, pointed out that it is necessary to continue to work hard for achieving China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

In the article, Director HE stated that, China has been working on planning and construction of massive wind and solar projects in desert and Gobi while simultaneously promoting the adjustment of its industrial structure and energy structure.
