DoGo Power Wins Europe’s EUPD Research 2026 Top Innovation Award

PVTIME – DoGo Power has won the highly sought-after 2026 Top Innovation Award from EUPD Research, a leading European energy analytics and certification organisation. This award recognises the company’s 4S grid-forming energy storage technology, which was fully engineered in-house.

This prestigious industry accolade formally verifies the company’s status as a market leader in innovation within the global renewable energy sector. EUPD Research is one of the world’s most credible independent third-party certification bodies dedicated to the solar and energy storage industries. It runs an extensive global research network covering Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The Top Innovation Award honours manufacturers that deliver sustained technological breakthroughs and tangible progress in the energy transition. It serves as an authoritative industry benchmark for evaluating the technical innovation performance of new energy enterprises.

The award-winning, proprietary 4S grid-forming energy storage system is a core technical solution designed for next-generation power infrastructure. It integrates four operational subsystems including the Energy Management System (EMS), Power Management System (PMS), Power Conversion System (PCS) and Battery Management System (BMS) into a unified architecture. Custom-built algorithms replicate the operational characteristics of a synchronous generator to establish autonomous grid voltage and frequency references, effectively mitigating the risks to grid stability introduced by the high penetration of renewables. AI-driven multi-resource collaborative scheduling logic enables adaptive optimisation for hybrid photovoltaic, storage, diesel and grid configurations. It enables economical on-grid and off-grid operation, while also reinforcing overall grid resilience.

As the global energy transition and development of new power systems continues to accelerate, DoGo Power remains committed to advancing intelligent grid-forming storage technologies. The company will drive further industrial upgrading through technical innovation and facilitate a worldwide transition to low-carbon energy through global collaboration, continuing to fulfil its corporate mission of Lighting Up the World.
