PVTIME – On 5 August 2023, Anhui Deli Household Glass Co.,Ltd.(002571.SZ) announced its intention on issuing a maximum of 117,585,200 shares to the specific object to raise funds of no more than 600 million yuan for the construction of PI of lightweight and high-transparency panels project and supplement on working capital.
According to the announcement, the first phase of the project will produce 1.6-3.2mm thin and ultra-thin lightweight, high-transparency panels for solar equipment, and this stage would require a total investment of 952,510,000 yuan. Of this investment, 450 million yuan will be raised by the funds. The remaining 150 million yuan of the raised funds will be allocated to working capital.
