PVTIME – CHN Energy Changyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. (000966.SZ), a China-based company principally engaged in the generation and distribution of electric power and thermal power, recently proposed to raise 3 billion yuan for the construction of 10 photovoltaic projects with a total installed capacity of 2.35 GW in Hubei Province, China.
1 The Phase II of Fishery PV Plant, located in Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 500MW and an estimated total investment of 3.02808 billion yuan.
2 Phase III of Fishery PV Plant, located in Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 400MW and an estimated total investment of 2.0709 billion yuan.
3 CHN Energy Phase II Agricultural PV Plant, located in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 100MW and an estimated total investment of 560 million yuan.
4 CHN Energy Agricultural PV Plant, located in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 600MW and an estimated total investment of 333.234 million yuan.
5 CHN Energy Fishery PV Plant in Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 200MW and an estimated total investment of 1,023,650,000 yuan.
6 CHN Energy Agricultural PV Plant in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 230MW and an estimated total investment of 118 million yuan.
7 CHN Energy Fishery PV Plant in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 100MW and an estimated total investment of 514,680,000 yuan.
8 CHN Energy Agricultural PV Plant in Enshi City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 100MW and an estimated total investment of 45,440,000 yuan.
9 CHN Energy Phase I of Agricultural PV Plant in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 70MW and an estimated total investment of 350,017,000 yuan.
10 CHN Electricity Agricultural PV Plant in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, with an installed capacity of 50MW and an estimated total investment of 251.5 million yuan.
And 476.680 million yuan of the funds raised will be used to provide working capital.
