PVTIME – On Novermber 1st, Sichuan Hebang Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.(603077.SH) released an announcement that Anhui Fuxing New Energy Technology the subsidiary of Hebang has signed a sales and purchase contract with Royal Green Energy, a subsidiary of China-based dairy giant Royal Group Co., Ltd. (002329.SZ) on monocrystalline silicon wafers.
According to the announcement, Hebang Biotech will supply no less than 2.5 billion monocrystalline silicon wafers to Royal Green Energy from May 1st, 2023 to December 31, 2027, with an estimated contract value of approximately 19.5 billion yuan (tax included).
No less than 300 million pieces will be delivered in 2023, and no less than 550 million pieces will be supplied from 2024 to 2027 annually. And the actual prices shall be negotiated monthly, and the total contract transaction amount shall be subject to the final transaction amount.
