PVTIME – On September 13, China Dive Company Limited (CDWI)(300526.SZ), a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of diving equipment, disclosed an announcement that ENeutral, a subsidiary of CDWI, intends to invest in a photovoltaic tracking system production project in Guangxi Province of China, with a total investment of 100 million yuan.
The company stated that this investment is important for it to expand the business and reduce its logistics costs by setting up a nearby production base. The company plans to engage in related production and PV business once upon the completion of the project.
