Antaisolar Secures 400MW Tracker Order From Jiayang

PVTIME – Antaisolar announced that it has secured a 400MW solar tracker order from project developer and EPC, Jiayang. This is the third time the two parties have cooperated and the trackers will be used for projects located in Ningxia and Gansu.

Jasmine Huang, CEO of Antaisolar, stated that “Jiayang is committed to creating high-quality ecological environments in specific regions like Northwest China. As we know, China dominated global solar PV installation in the period between 2011 to 2020 and will reach another milestone with more than 60GW of installation this year. We are delighted to cooperate with Jiayang and jointly contribute to achieving carbon neutrality.”

Antaisolar’s TAI-Universal single-axis independent 1P solar tracker which will be adopted by Jiayang features multi-point drive for ensuring greater stability in areas where strong sandstorms happen and are adaptable for N-S 20° slopes for terrain flexibility. As of now, the TAI-Universal has been widely utilized in numerous solar projects across the globe for its performance under extreme weather.

With regards to the signing, CEO of Jiayang, Liu Hang, said that “We have partnered with Antaisolar for nearly 200MW in solar projects previously. Antaisolar has proven to be trustworthy for its high-quality solar racking, in-time service, and more than 15 years of technical expertise. We are excited to announce this cooperation with Antaisolar and believe it will definitely help us expand our utility-scale project pipeline and move towards clean energy transition.”
