PVTIME – Recently, Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited (601615.SH), a wind power giant mainly engaged in the R&D of megawatt-level large wind turbines and core components, has set up a photovoltaic company with a registered capital of 200 million yuan.
The new company, namely Shaoguan Mingyang Solar Energy Technology, is wholly-owned by Guangdong Mingyang. Guangdong Mingyang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ming Yang Smart Energy Group, was established on June 29, 2022, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
Shaoguan Mingyang is engaged in the solar power generation technology services, R&D of emerging energy technology, sales and production of photovoltaic equipment and components, PV equipment leasing, energy storage technical services and so forth
