PVTIME – Leascend Technology Co., Ltd. (Leascend) (300051.SZ), a China-based company mainly engaged in providing software products and information technology (IT) services, recently signed an HJT cell supply agreement with Quanwei New Energy (QW Solar), a subsidiary of listed Quanwei Technology (300716.SZ), a leading provider of solar modules, energy storage and new energy solutions. Leascend Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Leascend, will supply 150MW of G12 HJT cells to QW Solar.
In addition, Leascend announced at the 6th China International Photovoltaic Conference held in Chengdu City, China, that its HJT production line in cooperation with Gold Stone with a capacity of GW level, which is the top in the world, has been put into operation.
Furthermore, Leascend has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Tongwei, Trina Solar, CECEP Solar Energy, C&D High-tech, Shanghai ZOE Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. and a number of leading companies in the renewable energy industry to secure the supply chain and promote the development of solar power technology.
