PVTIME – Qingdao Gaoce Technology Co., Ltd.(688556.SH)(hereinafter referred to as Gaoce Technology), a company specialized in R&D, production and sales of cutting equipment for hard and brittle materials and cutting tools, recently announced that it signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Guangdong Gaojing Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a newly established advanced solar wafer manufacturer co-founded by a team of senior experts with extensive experience in the solar industry, on PV wire cutting equipment and tools.
According to the agreement, the subject of the contract is photovoltaic cutting equipment and tools, and the contract value is approximately 146 million yuan (tax included).
The supplier will deliver the goods to the place designated by the demander in batches, and the installation, commissioning, acceptance and quality assurance of the goods will be completed by March 2022. It is expected to be positive for Gaoce Technology’s operating results in 2022.
