PVTIME – On 8 March 2024, Cosonic Intelligent Technologies Co., Ltd. (Cosonic, 300793.SZ), a China-based company mainly engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of electro-acoustic products, including headphones, audio cables and speakers, announced the establishment of Cosonic New Energy Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary with 15 million yuan of equity.
The new subsidiary aims to expand its business into solar power generation technology and services, manufacturing and sales of PV-related products and equipment. Meanwhile, its business includes construction, power generation, power transmission and power supply (distribution).
In addition, it will promote the rooftop solar power project of Cosonic’s production base in Jiangxi Province of China and related investment, operation and management to expand its business and enhance its performance.
