PVTIME – On January 12, C&D (Nanjing) CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as C&D Clean Energy), a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), reached a cooperation agreement with Risen Energy Co., Ltd. (300118.SZ) (hereinafter referred to as Risen Energy) in the photovoltaic field and signed a 500MW high-efficiency photovoltaic module procurement agreement.
According to the agreement, the two parties will make full use of their resources such as products, projects, core technologies, market platform or channels, supply chains and capital, and upstream and downstream supply services, to build a long-term and in-depth strategic cooperation over the world.
Meanwhile, C&D Clean Energy will purchase 500 MW of photovoltaic modules from Risen Energy in 2022, which the modules will be used for future photovoltaic power station projects, as well as the marketing of C&D Clean Energy products at home and abroad.
