An Overview of the Partnerships LONGi Has Entered Into in 2023

PVTIME – To promote the development of PV solar power generation, PV giant LONGi has entered into cooperation with many key partners in 2023.

On 3 April 2023, LONGi signed a global strategic cooperation agreement with ATP TOUR to become its sole global solar power solution provider. And the two sides jointly launched Plan GET, a global clean energy initiative in Madrid, Harley, Shanghai and other races in 2023 to promote the concept of sustainable development.

In August 2023, LFC agreed with LONGi to be the sole supplier of solar modules for LUTUS, a partner of LFC, and to join hands in marketing and product development.

In addition, Skyworth and LONGi announced the use of LONGi’s Hi-MO X6 dust-proof module in Skyworth’s utility-scale commercial and industrial solar power projects.

At SNEC 2023, a number of top energy suppliers and leading power companies agreed with LONGi to cooperate in the solar power industry.

In July 2023, eight major module manufacturers and LONGi proposed to set 2382mm*1134mm as the size of the new generation of rectangular silicon modules. Then, in August, five major PV companies and LONGi jointly declared that they had reached an agreement to use the standardised 191.Xmm rectangular wafer size for 72-version modules to promote the healthy development of the photovoltaic industry.

Moreover, at COP28, LONGi became a UNHCR Global Partner in Climate Action, Energy Justice and Green Transition to support global humanitarian action by providing photovoltaic systems and solutions for UNHCR’s warehousing centres and solar skills training.

Furthermore, a series of agreements were signed to supply more than 5.5GW of Hi-MO X6 modules to LONGi’s overseas partners in 2023.
