PVTIME – CORNEX showcased energy storage solutions spanning utility-scale and residential applications. At the center of the portfolio was CORNEX M6 Battery Energy Storage Container, designed to address Australia’s diverse climate conditions and growing energy storage needs.
CORNEX M6: High Capacity, Optimized Space and Reliable Performance
Built around CORNEX’s 588Ah battery cell, the M6 system delivers 6.26MWh in a single container. Its Cell-to-Pack (CTP) design increases cabinet loading efficiency by 50%, improves land-use efficiency by 33% for 100MWh installations, and reduces container requirements by 20%, helping lower project costs.

Designed for demanding environments, the M6 system features a balanced liquid-cooling system that maintains system operating temperatures at or below 35℃, an IP55 protection rating and C5-H corrosion-resistant coating. With noise levels below 65dB, it offers greater flexibility in site selection. Flexible AC solutions support both centralized and string-type PCS architectures, while multi-layer protection—including short-circuit, explosion and fire protection—enhances system safety.
Battery Solutions for Residential Energy Storage
CORNEX also presented its 100Ah, 120Ah and 314Ah battery cells for residential energy storage. The 100Ah and 120Ah battery cells suit compact battery packs for urban homes, while the high-capacity 314Ah battery cell is designed for larger homes and small rural properties. Optimized for a wide operating temperature range, the battery cells support reliable performance in high-temperature conditions. With long cycle life, these battery cells offer a cost-effective solution for residential energy storage, enabling greater solar self-consumption and dependable backup power.
Expanding Production and Local Partnerships
CORNEX’s 588Ah battery cells and M6 systems are supported by a 200GWh production capacity layout, with large-scale manufacturing and deliveries underway.

During the exhibition, CORNEX signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Leistung Energie. The partnership will focus on the M5 APEX and M6 battery energy storage containers, combining CORNEX’s product capabilities with its partner’s local market expertise to pursue opportunities in Australia’s utility-scale energy storage market.
From utility-scale projects to residential energy storage, CORNEX continues to develop solutions tailored to diverse applications, supporting Australia’s transition to a more efficient and sustainable energy system.
