PVTIME – A signing ceremony of photovoltaic cell production project was held on July 25 in Xuzhou, China. Taoistic Solar Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., a technology company specializing in the research and development, production and sales of solar photovoltaic modules, intends to invest in 5.5 billion yuan for the project.
For the first phase of the project, a production capacity of 5GW TOPCon solar cell will be achieved within two years. And there will be 5GW HJT solar cell for the second phase. Once upon the completion of the first phase, an annual sales income of 5 billion yuan is expected, and 100 million yuan of tax per year is estimated to pay by the project while 500 jobs will be offered.
Meanwhile, this solar cell project is expected to be part of the new energy industry in the City and to bring new vitality to the industry chain.
