PVTIME – A solar module and backsheet manufacturing project was recently announced in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
The project is designed to produce 3GW of high-efficiency lightweight solar modules and 24GW of photovoltaic backsheets per year, with a total investment of 900 million yuan. It will be completed in two phases, with half of the production target in each phase.
The project is invested by JH PVmaterial New Energy Company, a joint venture between Zhejiang Juhua and DAS Solar. It is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of lightweight solar modules, lightweight solar power generation technology and high-performance solar backsheets.
