PVTIME – On 22 February 2024, Beijing Tianyishangjia New Material Corp., Ltd. (TYSJ, 688033.SH), a Chinese company primarily involved in developing, producing, and selling powder metallurgical gates for high-speed rail dynamic groups, announced its intention to reduce the total investment of the original project on carbon ceramic brake disc manufacturing from 1,538,980,000 yuan to 1,381,794,000 yuan on quartz crucible production. The fundraising target has been revised from 1,319,040,000 yuan to 1,162,034,000 yuan.
This particular new quartz crucible production project is planned for Sichuan Province in China, with a scheduled start date of June 2024 and completion date of June 2025.
