PVTIME – On March 19, Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinko Power)(601778.SH) announced that it intends to provide joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiaries Jinchang Jingliang Power Co., Ltd. and Jinchang Jingyang Electric Power Co., Ltd. to apply for financial leasing to financial institutions, in order to meet the capital needs of projects construction. The total guarantee principal shall not exceed RMB1.21 billion.
Jinchang Jingliang Power Co., Ltd. is the main body of investment and construction of 150MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Jinchang Jingliang) in Xipo Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province, China, and will apply for a principal of no more than 590 million yuan with a lease term of 12 years.
Jinchang Jingyang Electric Power Co., Ltd. is the main body of investment and construction of 150MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Jinchang Jingyang) in Xipo Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province, China, and will apply for a principal of no more than 620 million yuan with a lease term of 12 years.
The agreements on the above-mentioned guarantee have not been signed yet.
