PVTIME – On August 30, Henan Yuneng Holdings Co., Ltd. (001896.SZ), a China-based company mainly engaged in the thermal power production businesses, disclosed that it intends to invest in rooftop distributed photovoltaic projects with a total investment of 1.035 billion yuan.
Henan Yuneng New Energy and Henan Yuneng Electric Power Maintenance Engineering, two subsidiaries of Yuneng Group, plan to invest 97 million yuan in two distributed photovoltaic projects for whole counties in Sanmenxia City, with other two local companies set for these projects of Yuneng Group.
Meanwhile, a subsidiary of Yuneng Group intends to invest in six rooftop distributed solar power projects, namely distributed solar power project in Nanyang, PI of distributed PV project in Sanmenxia City, rooftop distributed PV project for cement company in Nanyang City, rooftop distributed PV power project for the whole Xinye County, PI of distributed PV project for whole Yuanyang County, and the PII of distributed PV project for the whole Linzhou City, with a total planned installed capacity of 249.61GW and investment of 938 million yuan.
To sum up, the total investment of above projects is approximately 1.035 billion yuan.
