From May 16th to May 18th, China Sunergy (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., the world leading producer of high-efficiency solar cell and modules, joined SNEC 6th (2012) International Solar Industry and Photovoltaic Exhibition & Conference. During this exhibition, CSUN CEO Mr. Stephan Cai, CTO Dr. Zhao Jianhua, sales team, purchase team, R&D and technology team of CSUN all attended and brought in great input. Furthermore, many CSUN existing clients like DuPont, Krannish visited CSUN booth. Many new clients also came to CSUN booth and had fruitful conversation with us.
In this exhibition, CSUN presented QSAR and PSAR, which are two products promoted and well-recognized. QSAR is a high power output solar module, with a novel technology and highest average solar cell efficiency of 19%.. It improves light response effectively and results in higher conversion efficiency. This new technology also succeeds in simplifying the production process, as well as reducing the operation links and narrowing the distribution of conversion efficiency, thus brings more advantages to the quality control. In addition, Qsar technology could be combined with other new technology developed by CSUN’s R&D center to improve conversion efficiency continuously. As for PSAR with mono-like cells, it is from very initial stage to achieve excellent crystal purity and conformity, combined with CSUN leading technologies. The high-efficiency Psar products are equipped with high-efficiency mono-like Psar cells. The extended module power is ranged up to 260W (60 pieces layout) with centralized power distribution. PSAR has better Light Induced Degradation (LID) result in lower power loss. The carefully selected subsidiary materials allow maximum light permeability and impace-resistance with low power tolerance of ±3%. Moreover, due very low currency mismatch, PSAR module could contribute more power during their life cycle.
