PVTIME – November 2, Yongxiang New Energy held the ‘Commissioning Ceremony’ for its Phase II of the 51,000MT high-purity crystalline silicon project.
Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yongxiang) is a Subsidiary of TW Group, it is a large-scale enterprise co-funded by Yongxiang and LONGi since April 2017, based in the New Industrial Zone in Leshan City, China.
The procession is at the advanced level in the industry in terms of cold hydrogenation, thermal energy cascade recycling, closed loop of hydrogen chloride, tail gas recovery, high-efficiency reduction, large energy-saving coupled rectification, reverse disproportionation, trichlorosilane synthesis, etc.. The core technology of “distillation method” and the intelligent system have the characteristics of “high”, “precise” and “specialized”, therefore the production cost is expected to break its historical low.
Phase II project has an annual production capacity of 50,000MT of high-purity crystalline silicon and 1,000MT capacity of electronic grade high-purity crystalline silicon. It is currently the world’s leading high-purity crystalline silicon manufacturer with single-line production capacity, and is expected to fully meet the needs of N-type monocrystalline in China.
