LONGi Launches ‘One Module One Code’ Identity System to Ensure Full Lifecycle Customer Value

With this in mind, on March 16, the company has introduced a new system known as ‘One Module One Code’, which attaches a specific anti-counterfeiting QR code to each of its modules. This represents major progress in the smart management provided by LONGi Lifecycle Quality.

System facilitates anti-counterfeiting

The new system, attaching its unique code to module nameplates, effectively supports anti-forgery and provides an enhanced digital product experience. Clients are able to verify the authenticity of LONGi modules and check product documentation by simply scanning QR codes and the system also allows post-sales requirements to be handled more efficiently. Scanning the module nameplate enables a client to access detailed product data such as module type and level, product certification, electrical parameters, product specification and warranty.

On the manufacturing side, the system facilitates LONGi’s digital upgrade by providing a data foundation, making anti-counterfeiting verification more accessible and standardizing market management.
