PVTIME – On July 24, Huaneng (Fujian) Energy Development Co., Ltd. (Huaneng Fujian) and Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei Digital Power) signed a cooperation agreement on photovoltaic power project for Pinghe Coungty, Fujian Province of China.
The two sides would like to further strengthen their cooperation as they have reached an agreement on giving full play to promote the photovoltaic solar project for the whole Pinghe County with their technological, industrial and innovative advantages. The installed capacity of the DC side is expected to reach 300MW once upon completion of the solar power project which adopts on the rooftop of the government offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses, factories, households in Pinghe County. Then Pinghe case is planned to be replicated across Fujian Province and other Provinces in China, to achieve low carbon in all scenarios and contribute to China’s carbon neutrality target.
