Greentech Enters the Dutch PV Market and Strengthens Its Cooperation With Obton

PVTIME – In September 2020, the international project development and asset management company Obton successfully started the operation of a PV park with a capacity of 7 MWp in Heerenveen, the Netherlands. PV service provider greentech is responsible for the comprehensive Operation & Maintenance services for the project right from the start. A daily remote monitoring and the use of experienced specialists in incident management as well as for maintenance and inspection tasks ensure the trouble-free operation of the plant. The most important key figures of the plant are analyzed in monthly reports in order to optimize the yields of the plant in the long term and ensure a high level of transparency for the customer.

In the recent past, greentech has already been active as a technical consultant and owner’s engineer as well as in the aftersales service in the Dutch PV market. The local know-how and the profound experience from other markets can now be incorporated into the first full O&M mandate in the Netherlands.

“The expansion of the cooperation with Obton and the trust placed in us fill us with pride and confirm our path as a reliable and professional partner for one of the largest players on the European PV market. We are also very pleased to have entered the promising Dutch market.” (Jörn Carstensen, managing director at greentech)

“We have already got to know the quality of greentech’s operational management in a number of projects and are pleased to now include the Heerenveen PV project in greentech’s operational management. The detailed preparation and smooth connection of the system to the operating phase already confirm our expectations.“(Horst Sonnleitner, Head of Technics International at Obton)
