PVTIME – Hanersun, a leading manufacturer of high-performance solar modules, officially launched its latest matrix of scenario-specific products at PV EXPO 2026. The debut underscores Hanersun’s commitment to the Japanese market, addressing local demands for high reliability and adaptability through technical innovation.

As the world’s fifth-largest electricity consumer, Japan faces significant energy security challenges, importing approximately 90% of its fossil energy. To address this, the Japanese government announced its “Green Transformation 2040 Vision” last year, which aims for a renewable energy share of 40%–50% by 2040.
At PV EXPO 2026, Hanersun showcases its PV modules around four key scenarios: efficiency upgrade, lightweight transformation, anti-glare adaptation, and replacement of existing power plants.

The flagship HITOUCH 5N series utilizes advanced N-type cell technology, featuring 600W and 445W modules that provide high power density for residential and C&I rooftops where installation space is limited.
For buildings with restricted load-bearing capacity, the HITOUCH 5 lightweight flexible series offers a great advantage, weighing only 8kg—70% less than conventional modules. With a power output reaching 535W, these modules adhere directly to various surfaces without additional mounting structures, ensuring efficient generation while preserving the original building integrity.

Addressing light-sensitive environments, the HITOUCH 6N 480W anti-glare module utilizes optimized optical designs to reduce reflected light by over 50% compared to standard components, achieving a maximum efficiency of 24%. This ensures dual advantage between environmental safety and energy yield.
Meanwhile, to meet the accelerating demand for plant repowering, the HITOUCH 5N series offers 335W and 415W versions that match mainstream dimensions for direct replacement. It allows the owners to upgrade existing projects without adjusting original mounting systems, reducing regulatory hurdles, and significantly reducing the complexity and cost of renovation.

Hanersun’s differentiated solutions attracted significant attention from Japanese distributors and project developers throughout the exhibition. Moving forward, Hanersun will continue to refine its localized strategy, providing high-efficiency solutions that align with Japan’s unique geographical and regulatory landscape to help realize the Japanese Green Transformation 2040 Vision.
