Seraphim Launches US Subsidiary to Bolster North American Solar Footprint

PVTIME – Seraphim has officially established its US-based subsidiary, Seraphim Solar Systems USA Inc., further strengthening its presence in the North American market, which dates back to 2015. Since entering the US market that year, the company has steadily increased its investment in local manufacturing and operations across North America. Its high-efficiency solar modules are now widely used in large-scale ground-mounted power stations, industrial and commercial distributed energy systems, and residential projects throughout the region.

Alongside the launch of the subsidiary, Seraphim has announced the appointment of Xing Yabin as General Manager of North American Sales and President of Seraphim Solar System USA Inc. Xing has extensive experience of working in the photovoltaic sector internationally, having previously worked with several prominent PV enterprises. He will lead the team to accelerate the growth of Seraphim’s North American business.

All of the products that Seraphim offers for the North American market strictly align with local standards, particularly those specific to the US. Its US-manufactured PV modules have already received positive feedback from customers. These high-efficiency, reliable solar solutions are tailored to meet the practical needs of the region and are set to deliver long-term value to clients.

Li Gang, Chairman of Seraphim, stated that the establishment of Seraphim USA marks a key milestone in the company’s global strategy and underscores its long-term commitment to the North American market. He added that Seraphim will continue to uphold its localised manufacturing philosophy while leveraging its comprehensive service system and technology-driven approach to help North American clients reduce energy costs and enhance return on investment.

As a leading global photovoltaic manufacturer, Seraphim has developed a substantial global footprint, with total production capacity exceeding 20GW. Key facilities are located at its Changzhou headquarters (18GW), in Vietnam (4GW), in Texas, USA (2GW), and through a joint venture project in Spain (5GW), effectively covering Europe, the Americas, and emerging markets.
