PVTIME – Shuangliang Eco-Energy Co., Ltd. (Shuangliang) (600481.SH), a subsidiary of Shuangliang Group, announced on 31 March that Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, recently signed a silicon wafer purchase and sales agreement with three subsidiaries of Yingfa Group, a solar cell supplier, developer and manufacturer.
According to the announcement, Shuangliang will supply Yingfa with 245 million pieces of mono-crystalline silicon wafers, including p-type and n-type wafers, in a wide range of sizes from 182mm and above during 2023 at a price of 2.009 billion yuan (including tax), estimated according to the latest average price of mono-crystalline wafers (210mm/150μm) published by InfoLink Consulting on 29 March 2023.
