PVTIME – Royal Green Energy, a subsidiary of dairy giant Royal Group Co., Ltd. (002329.SZ), disclosed on October 16 that it has signed a Cooperation Framework Agreement with Yingli Energy for 6GW TOPCon solar cells, following another 6GW TOPCon cell supply agreement signed with Jetion Solar (China) Co., Ltd. on October 13, 2022.
Royal Green Energy has launched a TOPCon solar cell production base in Anhui Province of China this August to reach an annual production capacity of 20GW of TOPCon n-type solar cells with average efficiency of more than 25%.The long-term partnership with Yingli and Jetion Solar is crucial for Royal Green Energy to perform well in solar cell market as it plans to achieve an annual sales volume of 20 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 450 million yuan.
