PVTIME – SC-Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of J.S. Machine (000821.SZ), which is principally engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of intelligent equipment for the solar industry, recently signed a contract with Trina Solar US for solar module assembly line and laminator equipment with a contract value of US$49.17 million, equivalent to approximately RMB351 million, accounting for 7.21% of J.S. Machine’s audited operating revenue in 2022 and 10.74% of SC-Solar’s audited operating revenue in 2022.
The new order is expected to have a positive impact on J.S. Machine’s operating results in FY2023 or future years. In addition, the total amount of similar contracts signed between subsidiaries of J.S. Machine and Trina Solar from 2020 to 2022 was 339,664,100 yuan, 319,103,800 yuan and 427,892,600 yuan, respectively, representing approximately 11.10%, 7.81% and 8.79% of J.S. Machine’s audited operating revenue in each of the years, respectively.
