Santerno Inverters for Utility Scale Solar Plants and Solar Rooftops at Solar Power International 2012

Santerno, a leader in the European Solar Industry, introduces the new TG760 Solar Inverter and 1.5 MW Solar Skid for Utility Scale applications.

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Santerno Inc. exhibits at Solar Power International.

Visitors will view the newly re-designed UL1741-CSA22.2 TG100 and TG125 for rooftop applications along with the new Santerno TG760 1000V NA, which is the key building block of the new 1.5 MWac Santerno Solar Skid, of which 155MW will soon be delivered to an Imperial Valley project, in California.

TG760 Central Inverter.
The TG760 is a 1000V input DC solar central inverter for outdoor installations, particularly designed for utility scale applications. The compact cabinet (only 106.3 inch in length), includes the DC parallel panel with fused inputs, the DC disconnect, meter and interface protection. The Santerno TG760 provides 760kW output power at 50C; it is capable to provide a power factor up to 0.9 with no active power limitation; the TG760 provides an industry leading 98% CEC.

The design of the TG760 Inverter is UL and CSA compliant and in accordance to the grid-interconnection rules of CAISO and FERC 661-A for North America, BDEW for Europe and CQC for Asia.

1.0/1.5MW Solar Skid.
In addition, Santerno presents the 1.0/1.5 MW fully integrated outdoor Solar Skid. Compact and versatile, a real plug & play solution, easy to ship by truck with no permits. A drop-in solution, it requires minimal construction for foundation, and allows for simple and fast installation and connection. Santerno provides on-site assistance during commissioning.

TG100/TG125 Rooftop Inverters.
For rooftop applications, the new TG100/TG125 NA line is on display. These inverters are UL1741 and CSA22.2 certified, designed for USA and Canada, with output voltage ranging 208-240-480-600V; representing a perfect solution for rooftop projects from 100kW to 500kW, matching the size of any solar project precisely, in 25kW increments, to maximize the ROI.

With flexible configuration, thanks to left and right handed cabinet models, the TG100/TG125 line provides easy and compact installation. The products come with full color, high resolution touch-screen displays, wake-up options for data access at night and integrated monitoring and data logging.
