ET Solar Group Corp. (“ET Solar”), one of the leading solar PV one-stop solution providers, today announces that it has adopted ERGO Insurance Group (“ERGO”)’s insurance solutions for both its system and module sales in key solar markets.
Brokered by Wills, a major international insurance brokerage firm, the captioned insurance package covers all risks for property damages, destruction or loss of insured property due to theft, burglary, robbery and looting for projects that use ET Solar modules. In addition to module sales, ERGO could also extend the insurance for system owners that own power plants that ET Solar builds up and provides modules for.
ERGO is part of the Munich Re Group and a major insurance company that has over 40 million customers and provides a wide range of insurance products.
Mr. Dennis She, President and Chief Executive Officer of ET Solar, commented: “Our relationship with ERGO demonstrates our continuous efforts on value creation for our customers as we solidifies our position as one of the major module suppliers and grows our own system business globally.”
