PVTIME – Turkey’s Ministry of Trade announced on 25 May 2025 via Notice No. 2025/10 that it has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into solar aluminium frames from China, following a petition by local industry associations.
The probe covers a dumping period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024, with the injury assessment spanning 1 January 2022 to 30 September 2024. The products fall under Turkey’s tariff code 8541.90.00.00.11, and the notice took effect immediately.
Interested parties must submit questionnaire responses within 37 days of the announcement, marking the latest trade move impacting China’s solar exports amid global scrutiny of renewable energy supply chains.
