Hanersun Signed Annual PV+ESS Supply Agreement with Technoenergostroy During Intersolar Europe

PVTIME – On May 7, the first day of Intersolar Europe, Hanersun and Technoenergostroy signed an annual supply agreement, with the first-phase delivery of 12.65MWh of energy storage systems, supporting one of the country’s earliest energy storage projects under the EU subsidy scheme. The agreement marks a major step forward in Hanersun’s European strategy and highlights both companies’ shared commitment to accelerating energy transition in the region.

Under the agreement, Hanersun will supply 55 units of its HNESS 230-L liquid-cooled energy storage system in the initial phase. The system integrates lithium batteries, PCS, BMS, and EMS, and offers flexible scalability and intelligent control. Certified to EN IEC 61000、IEC 62619:2022 and UN38.3, the product meets stringent EU safety and technical requirements, ensuring stable grid connection.

Meanwhile, Hanersun’s HITOUCH 5N high-efficiency modules will be continued to support the project’s ongoing development. Once in operation, the PVESS solution will support peak shaving and load shifting, setting a potential benchmark for EU-subsidized energy storage projects.

With renewable energy penetration rising across Europe, the demand for grid flexibility and stability is growing. Energy storage plays a vital role in this transition. BloombergNEF forecasts that new energy storage capacity in Europe will surpass 35GWh by 2025. In response, countries including Bulgaria are introducing targeted subsidies to improve investment returns and accelerate deployment.

Through ongoing innovation and strong local delivery capabilities, Hanersun continues to strengthen its footprint in Europe. Alongside its high-performance modules, the company’s energy storage solutions are gaining traction across the region. Moving forward, Hanersun will continue working closely with partners like Technoenergostroy to deliver advanced, integrated clean energy solutions and contribute to a greener global energy system.
