Hanersun Accelerates Global Deliveries with 10MWh Energy Storage Shipment to Bulgaria

PVTIME – On December 12th, five units of Hanersun HNESS 2000-40H energy storage systems completed factory inspection in Shenzhen and set sail for Bulgaria. The shipment marks another step forward in Hanersun’s “PV + Storage” strategy in Europe, reflecting the company’s growing strength as a global integrated energy solutions provider.

Located in Boinitza, Bulgaria, the project is developed by TECHNOENERGOSTROY, following a successful collaboration earlier this year on Hanersun’s HNESS 230-L system. Hanersun delivers a fully integrated energy solution, comprising a 5MW solar power system, a 10MWh HNESS2000-40H energy storage system, and transformer substations. The HITOUCH 5N 585W bifacial modules were shipped in May, and the entire project is scheduled for grid connection in Q1 2026. Once operational, it will establish a flexible, self-consumption-based regional energy system in Boinitza.

Hanersun’s HNESS 2000-40H system features high safety, intelligence, and efficiency. It adopts advanced air-cooling and triple fire protection with gas detection to ensure reliable operation. The intelligent EMS enables cluster-level management for optimal charge/discharge performance, while smart temperature control and a cloud-based platform support 24/7 remote monitoring and rapid response, delivering stable lifecycle performance.

According to BloombergNEF, Europe’s new energy-storage installations are expected to surpass 35 GWh in 2025. In response to this surging demand, Hanersun is accelerating its shift from a high-efficiency module supplier to a comprehensive clean energy solutions provider, supported by localized operations and high-quality products.

The successful shipment of this 10MWh large-scale system highlights Hanersun’s mature capabilities in energy storage integration and delivery — powering the next stage of global clean energy development.
