PVTIME – On 27 January, the US Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration issued a final ruling claiming that certain Chinese crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell enterprises had received subsidies in 2022. The administration has therefore decided to continue imposing countervailing duties, with the highest rate reaching 117.41%.
1 Three Chinese companies face 117.41%: Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. , Jiangsu Highhope International Group Corporation and Yangzhou Jinghua New Energy Technology Co. Ltd.
2 A 9.07% countervailing duty has been set for other unnamed Chinese enterprises.

Additionally, a 9.07% duty applies to non-selected enterprises under review, including Anji Dacheng Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. , BYD and Shenzhen Shanggu Optoelectronics Co. Ltd.
