PVTIME – During investor engagement, LONGi, the PV giant, confirmed that the proportion of its high-efficiency HPBC 2.0 solar cell production capacity is set to exceed 50% by the end of 2025.

LONGi will finalise next year’s BC cell capacity plan based on current industrial policies and PV market demand, while the 2026 annual plan is still being developed.

Separately, LONGi revealed that its cumulative sales of BC modules reached 14.48GW between January and September 2025, supported by strong product performance, global distribution channels, and brand strength. The firm forecasts that BC modules will account for over a quarter of its total shipments in 2025.
