LONGi Becomes First PV Enterprise With Market Cap Over 200 Billion Yuan

PVTIME – On July 23, LONGi shares rose 10% to 52.71 yuan per share, and reached market capitalization of 198.8 billion yuan. This morning, LONGi shares opened at a 53.71 yuan, up 1.19% from the previous day’s closing price, propelling its market capitalization over 200 billion yuan, making it the first photovoltaic enterprise in the history of A-shares to reach this milestone.

Back on August 28, 2019, LONGi closed at 27.9 yuan per share and officially became the first photovoltaic enterprise with a market capitalization exceeding 100 billion yuan in the history of China A-shares.

According to the financial data, as of March 31, 2020, the operating income of LONGi in the first quarter was RMB 8.599.41 billion, and the net profit attributable to the shareholders was RMB 1.86391 billion, an increase of 204.9172% over the same period of last year, and the basic earnings per share was 0.49 yuan.
