PVTIME – On April 27, wafer manufacturer Zhonghuan Semiconductor issued its latest product prices for the month of April where prices across the board have increased twice this month.
Compared with the quotation on April 2nd, the price of silicon wafers with different specifications is increased by 0.06-0.11 yuan/piece (1.05-1.20%), taking 160μm wafers as example.
The price for Zhonghuan’s P-type 218.2mm 160μm and 150μm wafers have increased by 0.11 yuan to 9.88yuan/piece and 9.68 yuan/piece respectively.
The price for its P-type 210mm 160μm and 150μm wafers have increased by 0.10 yuan/piece (1.10-1.13%) to 9.15 yuan/piece and 8.95 yuan/piece.
For the P-type 182mm 160μm and 150μm wafers the cost will be 6.87 yuan/piece and 6.75 yuan/piece, an increase of 0.08 yuan/piece from April 2nd.
And its P-type 166mm and 158.75mm wafers have increased by 0.06 yuan/piece to 5.60-5.80 yuan/piece.
