Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), a leading solar energy company and the world's largest photovoltaic ("PV") manufacturer, which markets its products under the brand "Yingli Solar", today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingli Energy (China) Company Limited ("Yingli China"), is now authorized to conduct in-house Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certification testing for solar modules. The participation in UL's Client Test Data Program (CTDP) further validates Yingli Green Energy's advanced quality control and product testing capabilities.

"We are deeply committed to delivering high-quality solar modules that exceeds customer expectations, and our decision to participate in UL's CTDP program reflects that commitment."

This certification is an important demonstration of Yingli Green Energy's long-term commitment to quality," stated Evelyn M. Butler, Business Development Director, UL Energy & Industrial Systems business division.
