PVTIME – On January 24, the China National Energy Administration and the Agricultural Bank of China(ABC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will jointly support clean energy industry and promote rural energy transformation with green finance aid.
The National Energy Administration will give full play to the role of industrial planning and policy guidance to promote the cooperation between the new energy companies and financial institutions. The ABC will give full play to the role of state-owned financial institution and provide high-quality financial services for the new energy industry, especially for serving with the real economy, high-quality energy development and rural revitalization. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the ABC plans to provide financing support of 3 trillion yuan to the new energy industry, of which the new energy companies based in county will have 1 trillion yuan.
