DEK Says “Bring It” to APEX

Showcasing its vast print process expertise, DEK has issued an invitation to all APEX attendees to bring their most challenging printing issues to the DEK Solutions Center Centre during this year’s APEX event, set to take place February 19 – 21 in San Diego, California.

From Booth #909 at the entrance to the show hall, DEK experts – armed with decades of practical print knowledge and development experience – are ready to help APEX delegates address their most vexing process issues. From lowering costs to tackling miniaturization miniaturisation to maximizing maximising uptime, DEK Solutions and Service Engineers are enthusiastic about offering problem-solving advice.

“Unlike other printing equipment suppliers in the industry, DEK focuses solely on printing and all its related components – from the stencil to the cleaning chemistry to the print platform. Printing is our passion and finding new ways to optimise the process is what keeps us awake at night,” says Karen Moore-Watts, DEK Global Marketing Director. “Having pioneered some of the industry’s most inventive printing solutions and process advancements, the DEK team is uniquely qualified to troubleshoot today’s biggest challenges.”

From the designated Solutions Centre within the company’s booth, top DEK development experts, applications specialists and service professionals will offer on-demand, no-appointment-necessary consultation throughout the three-day APEX event. The display will also feature the latest DEK technologies, which all serve to maximise throughput, improve yield and enable flexibility. Systems such as DEK’s flagship Horizon 01iX and Horizon 03iX print platforms, print transfer efficiency area ratio rule-breaker ProActiv and the next-generation VectorGuard stencil technology will all be on show.

Outside of the DEK display, the company will showcase the evolution of its ProDEK dynamic print process control innovation. Demonstrated alongside two of the industry’s leading solder paste inspection (SPI) systems, ProDEK can be seen in action from both the CyberOptics and Koh Young booths. Now, with the ability to choose barcode or non-barcode modes, ProDEK offers even greater manufacturing versatility and future-proofing options.

“The comprehensive print solutions delivered by DEK are undeniable,” concludes Moore-Watts. “But it’s our knowledgeable, talented people that make all the difference and this is what visitors to the Solutions Centre will experience first-hand.”
