PVTIME – Recently, a heterojunction cell and module project of Haitai Solar was launched in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The project plans to separate into two phrases with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. An annual output of 5GW heterojunction cell and 5GW module are involved in the project, which is expected to make 13 billion yuan of sales and 390 million yuan of tax.
Meanwhile, 12 projects with more than 100 million yuan each have been launched in the same area, including a project with more than 10 billion yuan of investment since the beginning of this year. Most of these projects are focusing on new energy equipment, electronic, automobile and high-tech. Five projects which includes Haitai Solar project, will start the construction by the end of March.
